The strength of this material exceeds that of acrylic and many other plastic blends. Some men find it possible to use the urinals while wearing The Curve™ while other find it more practical to sit. Men who’s job requires them to pass thru metal detectors will find this product a plus. It can still be worn 24/7 and not interfere with their business routine. Just make sure to wear the plastic lock and not the brass lock under these circumstances. Because of the design, there are no uncomfortable belts, straps or chains needed with ‘The Curve’.

THE CURVE™ consists of two main parts, the cage portion and cuff ring. The Cuff Ring has been re-designed for comfort. The cuff ring comes in five different sizes: 1 1/2" I.D., 1 5/8" I.D., 1 3/4" I.D., 1 7/8" I.D. and 2.0" I.D. and are included with each order. This allows the man to find the best suited to his personal needs. The inside length of the cage is 3 3/4" and the inside diameter is 1 1/2" . Please take this into consideration when ordering to get the proper fit. They easily slide together by way of two guide pins and a locking pin. The guide pins extend from the cage portion. Once you find the right amount of spacing, simply use a pair of side cutter pliers to snip the ends of the guide pins and then smooth the edges with an emery board. The locking pin is slightly recessed into the body cuff.

There are various sized spacers that can be used for an individual custom fit. Also, for additional comfort, we suggest using baby oil or a similar product after showering, apply to the penis with a cotton swab.

Each order comes with the following:

• One brass padlock with two keys
• Five individually numbered tamper proof plastic locks.
• Three different lengths of locking pins.
• Five various sized spacers.

NOTE: Some men have a high/tight ball sac. If this is the case it may take a little longer to get a comfortable exact fit. For the best results the ball sac should hang slightly below the ring and the cage portion. You may find it necessary to wear a 1” leather strap with snaps at the top of the ball sac off and on for a while until it stretches slightly. Most adult stores carry this product.
